Shipping Policy


With only a few exceptions, we don't charge customers extra for heavy or oversized items delivered using our standard ground service within the 48 connecting states. You pay only one shipping & handling charge based on the value of your order. This charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout.

-Please use street address…no P.O. Box or Military Base Box numbers.

-No Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories.  
            -No International Deliveries.

Shipping to a different address

If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.

Splitting an Order between Two Shipping Addresses

If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately. See "Shipping to a Different Address" above for instructions on sending products to an address different than your billing address. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.

How to Track Your Order

Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information if available.

To track your package and view its estimated arrival date: 

            Go to: http://www.petgearoutlet.com and simply enter your invoice number or tracking number to view the status of your order shipment.   OR…

Click the link provided in the shipping notification email to be directed to the shipper's website. Detailed tracking information will be updated as the shipment progresses.

If your tracking status isn't immediately available, please check again in the next 12 hours.

International Shipping

We apologize for not being able to ship international orders.

Undeliverable Packages

Sometimes, due to an entry error or incorrect address format, packages come back to us as undeliverable. If you have not received your order or a confirmation of its return or refund, please contact customer service at 1-888-388-2129.
